Looking back at 2004, Paul had a humble beginning as a Sales Executive before working for an established Software Company in 2006, developing Computer Graphics and Animation. As a certified C.Tech (USM), he had the opportunity to give support and advice on technical aspects while working on problem solving projects which requires him to train the junior associates.

When he realizes that his true passion was in education, he decided to change his career path and focus more on teaching and training. After completing his B E hons, (TESOL) in 2009 and MBA (Management), he has worked in various aspects of Learning & Development. During this time, he has been involved in College Lecturing, Private Tutoring, Facilitating, Training Adult Learners, Coaching both within the education community & the corporate world and Business Training.

Paul is a dedicated Professional Trainer who puts his heart and mind in customizing & developing a training program that suits the clients need. He thrive to deliver his ideas across clearly and in an engaging manner. This motivates his audience to participate in his activities.  

With over 14 years of teaching and training experiences, Paul had facilitated training session, workshops, often giving presentations for participants up to 300 participants at once. He is a Certified Train the Trainer (TTT), and his Company is a Registered HRD Corp Training Provider which enables claims to be done for registered employers under SBL-khas scheme.

What inspired Paul to pioneer Job Motivated Training Company in 2018, was his fellow feeling towards employers and employees in the work field who lacks job motivation because they were facing various stress which often associates with lack of communication skills, people skills, management, and leadership skills to achieve the company’s objective. This leads many in the work force to resign their job because fall short in their job performance. Paul dedicated his efforts to study and embed Emotional Intelligence (EQ) elements in each of his designed Training Programs. His beliefs that managing ones Emotional Intelligence (EQ) drives Productivity, while Productivity drives Business” became a success in many organizations that runs his training until today.

Paul is able to identify and propose suitable Training Programs for his clients. So far many who attended his trainings from various organization had successfully developed the love for their job and cultivated deeper appreciation for their employers.
