Key Training in Our Modules for You

1.  Effective Communication

Every person has a unique way of constructing a thought. Hence, we will teach you to identify your style of presenting and to communicate it out as best as possible. Knowing your inner voice and projecting it out as close as possible is our goal. Confidence could be enhanced and improved. Stepping up your game is important to us. Learning to move communication in the desired manner is a skill that every leader should possess. This is the balance we achieve with our candidates.

2.  Understanding your Team

Yes, you read that right. If you are a leader, why aren’t your team called your followers? Cause, you don’t just want someone to do whatever you say, you want a team that works and supports you with all their might. The difference is apparent and honestly getting to the second part might be challenging. We’ll help you out. By beating any form of diversity in the team and forming together as a winning squad, you can conquer any project with a bliss. The first move to achieve this is to actually know and understand your team.

  • What is their goal?
  • How approachable are your methods to them?
  • What does this involve?

Call one of our consultants now to ask how we can help your organisation.

3.  Unswerving Thoughts & Clarity in Speech

The last thing a leader should be: confusing. Prepare your thoughts beforehand. Do you get stuck when someone asks you a follow-up question? Unfortunately, many leaders out there unknowingly portray this picture of themselves to others. How would your team rate your leadership skills? Most people would rate someone’s leadership skill based on the way instruction is made and carried out. First, are you clear with what you are going for? Second, do you recognize whom you’re working with? Third, how long does it take for your team to understand you? How many meetings for the same thing?

We don’t want all those vagueness, but we want productivity.

You might disagree with a thought that might seem working to others, how do you say no and make them understand you?

Here’s a deal, you don’t always have to compromise and come out as the bad guy.

All the techniques and methods will be shared through our interactive training session.

4.  Body language.

If a stranger could point you out as the team leader without you uttering a word, congratulations, you’re emitting the right kind of vibe. This is not mind reading, but when it comes to business, the ability to read someone’s facial reaction, body posture, movements of the hand, the direction of the eye could be very useful.

Do you want to say something without saying it? Or would you perhaps like to conceal it all? Yes, come train with us. A leader whose easy to read is dangerous. A leader whose hard to be read is also in the other end of the spectrum. Are you affirming? Are you denying? Learning about your body language and your teams will increase trustworthiness and make the ambiance much pleasurable to work with.

 5.  Art of Listening

Gold strategies and ideas can come from anywhere including from your team. Sometimes really just sit down and listen. Pay attention, ask questions, ask them how to improvise.

Let them tell you about the precautions and blocks that they might be facing in the project. This just shows concern for the project and them. Don’t let your team be afraid of you. That is not a sign of a good leader. If you don’t know the problem, can you even identify the solution? This is a simple yet great method for all those leading remotes teams. This could be done over Skype, over text, over conference calls and any form of medium. Timing is key. When to listen? When to talk? How to effectively have the walking meeting?

Pro tips: You’ll always get way more input and information when they know you are listening more.

6.  Bringing out the Positive Vibes in Leadership

As easy as it may sound, Malaysia is filled with many race and cultures. We bring this to our workplace. That is why, as leaders, when someone is speaking, only their ideas and words should be running in your mind. Nothing else. No prejudice, no discrimination, everyone deserves a fair chance, just like you once did. Focus on their performance. Compliment their work and strategies. Be the cheer in the team. Smile! Keep the positivity and creativity of the team. In the long run, you’ll get stronger teams.
